You must meet one of the following requirements to pursue an EB-3 visa

• You are a professional with a bachelor's degree who does not qualify for an EB-2 visa
• You are a skilled worker, filling a position requiring at least two years of training and experience
• You are an unskilled worker

Labor certification as well as an offer of employment are required to qualify for the EB-3.

Special note: Labor certification is being waived for nurses and physical therapists at this time.
