Treaty NAFTA Visas
Requirements
You must meet the following requirements to pursue a TN visa
- You must be a citizen of Canada or Mexico
- You must have a job offer from a U.S. employer
- The job must be in one of the occupations listed on Schedule 2
- You must have the college degree listed on Schedule 2 for the occupation or the equivalent of the U.S. degree
Duration of Visa
TN visas are approved for one year at a time, and may be renewed an unlimited number of times.
